From the very beginning, our mission has been to bring true Roman tradition to this small island, where the sea frames each of our milestones, making every dish even more special.

Opening a Roman restaurant in Malta wasn’t easy: we had to put all our effort into keeping our Roman recipes authentic, despite the distance from the lands that inspire us.

We chose to stay faithful to our origins, using only original and high-quality products, like guanciale amatriciano, to ensure that every dish retains the true flavor of Rome.

Locals and tourists alike have immediately understood the love that binds us to our traditional cuisine. Stepping into our Roman trattoria in Valletta is like a journey into “Romanity,” expressed through dialect, customs, hospitality, and flavors.
