THE ROMAN PIZZA
When we arrived in Malta no one knew about PINSA. Whenever we served one of our Pinsa Romana to our customers we had to introduce it and explain it to them.
The oval shape, the crunchiness, the flavor, the cooking, the mixture of the flours … Every detail is essential to be able to make our Pinsa Romana in Valletta!
Our first pinseria, “SOTTO PIZZERIA“, immediately became a familiar and friendly place to spend a fun evening with friends or family!
A real ROMAN PINSERIA in Malta where, until then, everyone knew only one pizza, the classic one … Neapolitan pizza!
